GUMMY CANDIES

Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
4 Tbs Gelatin
2 Passion Tea Bags
1/2 tsp citric acid
1/2 tsp liquid sucralose

Directions:
Steep tea in boiling water until it cools, place in the refrigerator to chill
Once cool add the gelatin and whisk until it is well incorporated
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes in 30 second bursts
Add citric acid and sweetener, mix well with whisk
Pour into molds and chill until completely set
Store in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator
